Chocolate glaze for doughnuts

Looking for a recipe for chocolate glaze.
Doesn’t need to be exact. I’ve tried a few ingredients combinations and can’t get the exact texture I’m looking for.
Chocolatey
Soft but substantial- not rock hard
Not sticky- dries clean

3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/3 cup water
3 tablespoons virgin coconut oil (or non-hydrogenated margarine)
2 ounces/50 grams dark (or semi-sweet pareve chocolate, chopped)
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

I used a chocolate ganache recipe for the “glaze” works rlly well, just need to use it while fresh bec gets hard as it dries

I melted chocolate chips, margarine, almond milk. Dunno if that would be the consistency you are looking for... It's gnache like consistency.

Chocolate Donut Glaze

1 cup confectioners sugar
1 tablespoon cocoa
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 1/2 tablespoons parve milk

In a medium bowl, whisk together the confectioners sugar and cocoa.
Slowly add the vanilla and milk, continously mixing as the liquids are being added, to make a smooth pourable glaze.
Working quickly while glaze is still wet, dip one side of each donut into the glaze. If the glaze turns thick, you may need to use a mini rubber spatula or your fingers to gently help the glaze around the donut neatly.
Arrange the donuts on a clean baking sheet to dry, and then quickly sprinkle with colored sprinkles.
Allow glaze to set. Serve once donuts have completely cooled.
