Anyone have a yummy and simple sweet noodle kugel recipe (parve)? Thanks

Lokshen Kugel
1 pkg kugel noodles
1 pkg fine noodles
1 1/2 cups sugar
6 eggs
1 tsp salt
1/2 cup oil
1/2 cup honey
4 scoops vanilla sugar
1/2 tsp cinnamon
Cook Lokshen, drain then mix with ingredients
Bake in 9X13 for 60 minutes covered, 10-15 minutes uncovered

Noodle Kugel:
8 oz Noodles - long flat - cook according to package, drained return to pot and add:
4 eggs
1/2 C. sugar
1/2 C. oil
1 tsp salt
1 tsp cinn
1 C. applesauce
**mix well and pour into round pan.
Bake for abt 45 min.
