We (dh and myself) are working hard to get back in shape. We have been somewhat successful recently. But I am running out of ideas for healthy weight loss lunches and suppers.
Is there a cookbook out there for weight loss diets?
I am not into all healthy vitamins supplements etc. I am just about products you can generally buy in a regular grocery store.

Are you specifically looking for a kosher one. There is a guy on WW who is great at ‘hacking’ recipes to lower points/fat/calories. He has a free download of his cookbook at

Some of his ideas are great!

Menucha publishers just published a new diet cookbook. It happens to have awesome recipes. You iterally don't feel like you're eating diet food. It's called Cooking with Tanya.

Very colorful accompanying pictures so that you get presentation ideas. The ingredients are usually handy and the prep time for most of the recipes is minimal. Highly recommend
