Am I the only one who has problems with the food processor I use.
When making Kugel there are big lumps in the potatoes and big pieces of onion ungrated.
When I try to mash potatoes in the processor, the potatoes when mashed immediately spread out everywhere including under the machine.
Apparently I have a good processor(magimix) but I am not happy with it.
I am interested to know if others have experienced similar issues and how you have resolved them.
