My dc is toilet trained for around a year and recently she reminds herself at the last second that she needs to make. She runs to the bathroom but she doesn’t have time to sit down and makes in her panty. Its happening like twice a week. How can I stop this?? Please help

When my daughter had this, it was pinworms... No other symptoms. Took a long time to figure out what it was.

In that case, just treat her. It's an over the counter medicine. Speak to your pediatrician if you want to make sure.
Make sure she's washing her hands really really well after the bathroom and before eating, wash her linen and clothing in hot water and vacuum well.
You can google it for more information on how to prevent reoccurrence. Handwashing is paramount.

It may be both pinworms and UTI.
Pinworms can cause UTIs after a while, especially in a girl.

She sleeps through the night. Dont they wake up in middle of the night if it’s pinworms?

Doesn’t have to be pinworms. Lots of issues can cause this.
Check if she has a red rash. It Could be an external infection or yeast issue.

Is she having bowel movement accidents?

Sometimes it is just that they think they can hold it in, and don't want to stop what they're in middle of doing.

This does not have to be the case. Every kid presents symptoms differently. I learned this the hard way. Why don't you speak to your doctor?

I has similar issue with my child. After a year of toilet training, we were cycling between wet and big accidents. Turns out he was highly constipated and didn’t even feel it.

YouTube “the poo in you” explains the issue really well. We did enemas to help clear out the system.
