Everything! Label and write instructions on the pans.

-Bread cutlets and freeze. all he has to do is fry.
-Freeze raw ready spiced/sauce chicken on the bone - all he has to do is put in the oven
-meatballs in a pan
- rice/orzo/farfel all freeze well
- lasagna/eggplant parmesan - freeze raw

Meatballs (dark ground turkey for variety) in sauce freeze very well. Just seal in a container. You can freeze spaghetti for 2 weeks too. Rinse, drain, toss with oil. Place in large Ziploc and squeeze out all air. Seal.

Baked ziti is very simple to freeze. Cover tightly with foil and then seal in a 2 pound (Challah) size zipper bag. You can leave a container of baby carrots, grape tomatoes, and sliced Kirbies in the fridge with a sealed container of dip.

One bowl split pea flanken soup. Add extra water before freezing if dh won't remember to do it when he defrosts it.

just three days?

First day:
prepare anything the day before (or a bigger supper the night before and keep leftovers) keep it in the fridge. Dh can microwave it.

second day:
shnitzel and rice frozen in one box, defrosted and heated in the microwave.

Third day:
meatballs in tomato sauce in a microwave safe box. He can eat it with a fresh roll if he doesn't want to cook pasta.

Fourth day:
Go out together to eat to celabrate your return.
