My husband and I want to save up for a house.
I’m starting work within the next 2 weeks and I have a baby and I’m looking for a babysitter. But babysitters are expensive.
So I’m looking for a trusted agency that pays their babysitters. Does anybody know of anything?

Can you clarify?
If the agency pays the babysitter, Who pays the agency?

You mean a babysitting agency like a cleaning lady agency? I don't think such a thing exists. And agency cleaning ladies are generally more expensive than non agency ladies because you need to pay for the cleaning lady and for the agency.

There are things like care dot com that help you find a sitter but they're not necessarily going to be more reliable just because you found them via an established route.
