3 yo high measles antibody?

My kid is deficient immunity and had
Measles IGG >300.

Is this good or bad? Does it mean he was exposed?

How do you know this? I assume a medical professional told you. This is a question for that person. Call them and ask for more information.

That's a normal number for measles immunity. If he got an MMR that's what the antibodies number should look like.

Good I was so excited he has titers. If other stuff didn't come back yet does that mean they're probably no titer?

Labs only test to 300. After that, they just write >300. The number does not show whether titers are from MMR or from exposure.
