Is it also geared for little kids? I am looking into going for mid winter break by myself with kids ages 13-9 months. Would the little kids enjoy it? What else is on premises?

Yes! I found it to be the best with different areas for all ages.. I may go back this year

It might be a bit overwhelming by yourself to be able to supervise a bunch of kids at a waterpark.
