What hot and possibly meaty dish could I make for Shabbos lunch as a lighter, healthier alternative to cholent? It's getting a little heavy on our stomachs post-seuda. Thanks

I make a beef stew.
Cubed meat (kolochel usually), sliced carrot, cubed potatoes and sweet potatoes. Season with salt, pepper, and paprika. No oil. The meat has enough fats.
