Please post your favorite dessert recipes (dairy allowed) that freeze well for at least a week or two. I need for a sheva brachos. Please include exact amounts - only if you have personal experience with it.

Use mini wear/shot glasses and do e 3 layers. I like to do brownie on the bottom then cherry or strawberry pie filling then whipped cream

I made strawberry shortcakes for my sons bar mitzvah in mini mason jars.
I used the by cookbook recipe. Plated with ice cream and pomegranate seeds.

Any other ideas? I want to pick and choose.
Is there a chance pecan pie would freeze well?

I just made mini chocolate chip cookie pies served warm with a scoop of ice cream.
Scoop out the ice cream in advance, and freeze the scoops in a 9x13pan. Makes it easier to serve.

Unhealthy, but fast and generally a crowd pleaser....
Pour 16 Oz of (unwhipped) Rich’s Whip in a graham cracker crust . Mix in 16 semi-crushed Trio (Oreo type) cookies. Cover, freeze, and done! If you want to be really “fancy”, you can drizzle sauce over it.
