my 8 year old daughter used to have such delicious silky hair but the past few years (since shes gotten her first haircut) its become so dry and frizzy. what can I use to make it soft and silky again? ive tried different shampoos like head and shoulders, pantene, pert but hadnt seen a difference..... TIA
