I'm going to Miami with my husband for 2 nights (first vacation we are taking in 17 years), I noticed the hotels are super expensive! Not sure what to do, has anyone ever stayed in an airbnb near kosher food? Any recommendations? Also what are some great things we should do while we are there?

What do you consider affordable? What's your budget?
That would be a good place to start for ppl to be able to help you.

Plenty of people stay in air bnb. Be open to different neighborhoods, especially if you're renting a car and won't be there over shabbos. You really don't need to be in walking distance of shuls or restaurants for a short vacation.

Those are more affordable but this time of year above op's budget I would think...airbnb is probably your best bet.
