Saw this in Mishpacha but never did it.
Take 1/2 jar of Lotus butter, and spread it across a graham cracker crust. Take a pareve Rosemarie chocolate bar, break it into pieces, and spread those pieces out on top of the lotus. Cover with frozen chocolate chip cookie dough (enough to make 18 cookies). Bake for 15/20 min or until set, and serve with ice cream.

Saw this in Mishpacha, just made it, it’s amazing!! Really doesn’t take skill... just following a recipe. I like making easy yummy things and this checked all of my boxes:)
Chocolate fudge pie with pretzel streusel topping:
1 graham cracker crust
3 eggs
1/3 cup oil
1 cup sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1 3.75 (105g) chocolate pudding mix packet
1/2 cup cocoa
1/2 cup flour
Topping:
3/4 cup crushed pretzels(doesn’t have to be finely crushed)
6 tbsp oil
1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup brown sugar
Whisk eggs, oil, sugar, salt, pudding mix. Add flour and cocoa, stir to combine. Pour into graham cracker crust. Prepare topping by mixing the topping ingredients above; it should feel slightly damp. Pour on top of fudge layer. Bake for 50-55 min at 350 until center feels firm.
