There's such a huge range of meeting developmental milestones, I wouldn't worry about it. but as someone mentioned, EI evaluations are free in NY , not sure about other states.
My experience, one child at 11 months, one at 18 months. The one who walked at 18 months was falling a lot, still crawling more than half the time, walking incorrectly, but EI would not approve him for any therapy because at that age it didn't matter how he was doing it, only that he was actually able to do it if get wanted. He ended up getting approved at age 2 because his abilities didn't improve by much.

I’m a pediatric PT. There’s a range of normal development, up to 18 months to start walking is considered within the normal range. However, not bearing any weight by 12 months could be concerning. EI evaluations are often free.

This is something to discuss with your pediatrician, not imamother imas. My daughter started walking at 22 months, after about a year and a half PT once or twice a week. I wasn't too concerned, I knew she'll get there eventually but the rest of the family was more anxious.
