My phone is...
my music player to keep me motivated
my shopping list (I just add things right to the order)
my calendar and reminder
my Tehillim
my Siddur

...but it is always lying around on some surface because I don't have a way of keeping it with me.

I don't LOVE keeping it with me because of the radiation and whatnot, but I do feel like I'd be more organized and productive if I had it near me always as my coach!

I don't have pockets, don't walk around the house with a purse, and don't really want to glue it on Tongue Out

SO... Do you keep your phone with you during the day as you go through the house? And how do you do it?

The radiation from doing that can be terrible.
I keep it in a small purse with a strap that goes diagnol over the neck and one shoulder.
The ones that are really small and are meant to hold just a cell phone plus maybe some cash / change. They come with a pocket of sorts that's perfect size for a cell phone.
Sorry I don't have time now to post links but you can easily find on Amazon.

In a fanny pack.
Or one of those "necklace" straps that you wear around your neck.

I'm forever placing it on some surface around the house, and forever forgetting which surface I placed it on.

I keep it on the kitchen counter the hours that I'm home. That's the center of my house and where I spend most of my time. If I'm going to my room to fold laundry or whatever and want to use it for music I take it along.

It's why some people have an obsession with pockets - dresses and skirts and sweatshirts with POCKETS!

Plus, doesn't it make your skin break out? Lots of bacteria bad for the delicate skin on your upper chest area.

I found lots of things make my skin break out; like jewelry and makeup. In the case of jewelry and bags, a thorough wash with a fresh wipe or wet cloth does the trick. Germs get cleaned out so the skin doesn't get hurt.
