The classic definition of Lashon hora is negative speech that is true.
I’m not saying she may not leave an honest review. It’s possible that it may be ok. But it may very well be forbidden.

See the above. It’s still assur if angry. It’s also very, very serious to ruin a Yid’s parnassah. You need to be very, very careful about it.

The fact that she’s hesitant proves that her conscience has a hard time believing it’s entirely okay.
