Please recommend long lasting polish when I do it myself.
Also if you have a good tips to help it last.

My polish usually starts peeling after 2-3 days

In my experience, it differs tremendously based on the shade. The base coat and top coat make the most difference.

Would you consider gel or dip? I find dip lasts the longest but is much harder to get off. Gel is a nice in between because it lasts longer than regular but not so hard to get off. It’s also not so expensive to get a gel starter kit-I have a Sensationail brand kit that came with the light and everything else you need for like $30 from Target. You can also get relatively inexpensive dip powder kits.

A lady at a local beauty supply store advised me to do do 2 1/2 coats - one coat, then buff (very important to help next coat adhere), polish only tips (the 1/2 coat) buff, then a full coat.

That said, peeling my polish is s/t I do a lot (as an alternative to biting) so I wear clear because it's not as visible when it chips etc. Then when it needs it I just buff & add a coat.

I use Essie base coat, then 2 coats of any Essie nail polish, and then the Essie twisted bottle top coat. The twisted bottle is supposed to go with the polish from that line, but I find it’s an amazing top coat on top of regular nail polish.

Do you know which color is similar to madamoiselle from Essie?

Also, which top coat is a basic good one? I want my polish to look very nudie and subtle.

Base and top coat

I don't know about mademoiselle colors as I wear more opaque colors.

If you wear their gel like shine line, this is the base and top coat.
This needs the special OPI polish remover.

Also depends on the brand. I use https://www.cirquecolors.com/.
Lasts 5-10 days.

Top and base coat also make a difference. I re-apply a top coat every couple of days.
