How about people who can't differentiate between alumnus (male, singular), alumni (males, plural), alumna (female singular) and alumnae (females, plural).

I understand that not everyone has studied Latin, but in that case, please don't use a word without verifying its proper usage.

I just saw a magazine advertisement today that made an error on one of these (using alumni when they clearly meant alumnus). If you are writing professional advertising copy, you should have access to proper reference works.

(And by the way, media is the plural of medium, data the plural of datum. None of which I ever expect to be used correctly,)

I don’t understand those who are so annoyed. This is just part of the frum language.
Do you get annoyed when certain people say “you was” instead of “you were?” That’s just the way they talk...
Language constantly evolve. Embrace it.

My son's spelling homework today contained the sentence "Jane sat by us at lunch"!

Well, what's Jane doing sitting near your son at lunch???

(just kidding.

My then 4 or 5yo nephew was once taking an eval for a relative who was majoring in special Ed.

The question was "what's wrong with this picture" - it was a boy and girl sitting on a log holding hands. The shadow was wrong based on the direction of the sun. He took one look and answered that boys and girls don't sit together like that. The relative marked him wrong - but IIRC when she reviewed it with the professor it was changed to correct since his answer was cultural)

According to this

https://elalliance.org/programs/maps/

There's even a category called "Jewish English" (is that the same as Yinglish?).

So now it's official.
