3.5 dc goes to the bathroom independenty. I come if dc need help. but lately dc started toing trouble. playing with the toilet brush, pulling down the roll of toilet paper, spilling the soap. zShould I make dc leave the door open? is dc too young to go alone?

You're not doing anything wrong. This is age appropriate behavior. You can tell the child that only big kids go to the bathroom alone and if he's behaving like a little baby mommy will have to come to the bathroom with you.
I would leave the door a bit open in general.

also if he's touching these thing toilet brush, climbs to get shampoo, Should they be removed from the bathroom? or child has to learn not to touch?? (nothing dangerouse but very destructive)
