Mix mayo, mustard, bit of soy sauce, garlic powder, black pepper. Marinate cutlets for at least 1/2 hour & grill.

This is easy, delicious, low calorie, and healthy.
Spray PAM on both sides. Season with a spice blend like Trader Joe's 21 Seasoning Salute. Grill.

If you can marinate in olive oil overnight, then any recipe will come out amazingly tender and juicy (provided you don’t overcook)

If you want to grill chicken without a grill, use a grill pan. Heat it over medium high for five minutes. Once heated through, brush the pan with oil and immediately add the chicken. Sear chicken until brown, rotate it 90 degrees and cook until the sears match in intensity. Flip the chicken over and repeat.

Olive oil, salt, pepper, drop of lemon juice, and garlic (crushed cube or powder).
The trick to amazing grilled chicken is DON'T OVER-GRILL IT. I do about 5 minutes on first side (on grill) and maybe 3 minutes the second side. Moist, tender, not dry that way.
