I've been using my dutch oven to cook meat and whole chickens.
I want to buy a real roasting pan like a 9x13 may be a little bigger. What should I buy.
Must be unbreakable. I prefer easy to clean. I hope to use it for many years.

Pyrex? It doesn't fit as much as a Dutch and it's shallower. I think I get 6 for sure maybe up to 8 spread out in it.

I have two stainless made by All Clad which are great. It's not as easy to clean as a non-stick sort of thing, obviously, but if anything is really stuck-on a little soack easily resolves it.
I have similar version made by Cuisinart for Pesach. I didn't want to spend as much money for something to use 1 week a year. They aren't as heavy (I like heavy, not everyone does) but still durable and just as easy to clean.

Can you link? I have exploded Pyrex in the past so I am nervous to use it.

I love Corningware. I have an heirloom 9x13 deep from my mom, and some other sizes too.

A lot of them have lead in them. You should google it.

The modern ones can't be used on the stove top like the old ones, but they are good in the oven and in the microwave.

Isn’t Pyrex glass?
I find glass and metal bake very differently. So use for different foods
Pyres glass - cleans nicely and easily
My metal 9x13 are a lost cause in terms of cleaning but they cook food so much nicer then aluminum or glass that I just line them fully every time I use them.

Nope. I've done it twice in over 15 years of marriage

Pyrex exploded on me twice. Will never use again.
Sorry I need a tutorial on how to post links here. Then I can link you. I tried but guess I’m not so tech savvy.

I love nordicware sheet pans for roasting vegetables. I'm sure they have a pan in that size. They're pretty easy to clean, but they're not dishwasher safe.
