I know, I know, it's too early for Pesach (unless you're my mother).
However, I've been asked to do a small cooking "class" for some nice old ladies at work in preparation for Pesach.
Cooking facilities are limited to what I can do at home, so that's I need a recipe that does not require cooking.
Any ideas?

Can you bring a single burner for the class?
Or do you just want to demonstrate how to do the cooking and bring along wrong ingredients and do a step by step demonstration just until the cooking/baking product, and also bring along the finished dish so they see the before and after?
Or do you just want to do a no bake recipe like date balls?

I think a single burner would take too long. I would prefer a no cook recipe, but a finished cooking product sounds like a good option too.

Date balls sounds like a good idea.

Raspberry truffles are also super yummy if you can figure out how to melt chocolate.

Susi Fishbein has a cute recipe for fresh fruit "lollipops", using cookie cutters to cut sliced fruit into shapes, and putting them on skewers with grapes and/or berries.

Making homemade mayonnaise or salsa or guacamole, or eggplant dip, with you bringing in the cooked eggplant, could work.

Can you use a blender or food processor? If so there are so many options

Smoothies
Mango blended and then frozen can be scooped like sorbet and served with sprinkled pomegranate seeds and a slice of kiwi.
Salads with thinly sliced or shredded veggies (ie carrot salad, beet salad, cucumber salad)
Dips
Chopped or Layered fruit or vegetable salad
