You can use kolichel, equally soft as cheeks. Beef stew meat...

Use beef stew meat coat it in flour and stir fry for a few minutes before dumping it in. It comes out so soft like that

Don’t kill me, but a few weeks ago I made goulash with hot dogs (cut into small pieces) and the family LOVED it.

You mean hot dogs and potatoes? It's a regular dinner by us, it's a typical combination.
It's not goulash.

No, a complete goulash recipe but using hot dogs as the meat. I guess it’s not satisfying the goulash purists.

I was actually planning to do a combo. Hot dogs only is pure J-U-N-K. I make goulash quite often but with baby goulash and on occasion add hot dogs. My kids love love it. Now I'm in the mood of a good meaty one.
