Mishpacha magazine has about a place in lakewood that sells fish called "The Healthier Salmon"
Does anyone know more about it how can I contact them? Do they have a website?

If you are on the West coast, look for salmon from Pike Place Market in Seattle. It's all wild caught and seasonal, responsibly taken according to Fish and Game guidelines.
And yeah, it's expensive, but it's SOOOOOOO good!

From what I remember, they do ship it. It may be called something flying fish.
