We did the queens hall of science last year for kids ages 13-3. It’s hands on and a nice family place. They also had a 3-d science related movie.
After we went out to eat (on Main Street) in Queens.

You can also take the Staten Island Ferry for free and you will be able to take pictures of the Statue of Liberty, go to the Staten Island zoo, or just go to the mall and walkway right off the ferry.

Look into getting a kidspass for more ideas and to get things cheaper, they have a free 30 day trial-- https://kidpass.com/?coupon=TR.....w_wcB

The Staten Island ferry is fun! We did it in the summer when we could be outdoors on the ferry but indoors is huge and you can see plenty.

Keep in mind that many schools are off that weekend so probably most places will be crowded.

I just thought of something! There’s a brand new mall in New Jersey called the American dream mall. It’s supposed to be gorgeous and has lots of activities such as as skating, snow tubing, indoor amusement park, bowling.,.
But maybe you just want ny...

The slime museum sounds great! Wish it wasn't $38 per person during the week.
