Where do you buy your fish in lakewood? I've gone to 2 places in Lakewood and ordered from out of town and none are really fresh.
Also the produce in most of the places in lakewood I went to are nothing to write home about.
How is your experience with shopping for fish and for fruit in lakewood?

Fishing line has fantastic fresh fish.
They sell in other stores but the product in their store is the best.
For cheaper - I’ve been very happy with aisle 9 salmon - and I find it very fresh.

I am curious where you ordered from out of town?
My Brooklyn fish store delivers to Lakewood but I don't know about the freshness throughout the delivery trip there.
It is always fresh when it comes to me local.

Try Stop n Shop for produce. I also like Gourmet Glatt South. Fish I have gotten in a few places- Evergreen, Bingo, Gourmet, Super Stop.

Actually the fishing line did not have fresh tilapia - only pre frozen. I was able to find at gourmet Glatt and seasons.

Why do you need to buy produce in a kosher supermarket? I'm sure there are plenty of national chains with good produce.

I think original gourmet glatt gets their fish from the fishing line.
