Why wouldn't she just go as staff?
Are there programs for 12th graders?
I am MO and only know that MO camps, but every camp I know, the oldest campers are going into 10th.

What about a non-counselor job, like the art room or baking. Much less pressure and responsibility and is free evening, but will be in camp and can hang with her friends.

All the travel camps (DKTY, frontier, etc) and/or michlelet would be good choices although michlelet is a bit to the left of the travel camps I mentioned

Tizmoret Shoshana, if she is interested in the arts (fine art, musical instruments, vocal, dance, drama, creative writing).
But it's expensive and only 2 weeks.

There are some Israel touring camps, some have optional European add ons. 10 days to 3 weeks type of thing.

Camp Nageela Midwest had a division called Spark. I'm not sure if it's still around, if so what it's called, and if it's just for incoming hs juniors.
