I have a family wedding in a few weeks and I purchased a little pink gown/dress for my 5 month old baby. Only problem is that it’s sleeveless and it’s cold here- what should she wear it with?

What choices do you have?
Thermal vest and pink shell? Or maybe a pink thermal vest!!
White or pink cardigan?
Warm tights or gatkes underneath.

More important she is warm than she looks beautiful.

Put her in a long sleeve tee/shell and heavy tights
Have a sweater and blanket
The wedding is in doors
She’ll be fine
Later in the evening change her to comfy cozy pjs

How does a gown or dress work for a 5 month old???? How can she be comfortable in it?

I had that and couldn't find a shell that matched, so I kept a very warm blanket over the baby until pictures.
I took off the blanket and we took pictures with her sleeveless.
Once pictures were over, I put a regular long sleeve onesie underneath the gown.
I put her in pajamas later at night.

It’s not uncomfortable- it’s a regular dress with some flowers- just looks nice!

Certainly be prepared. But also bear in mind that in a few weeks the weather could be completely different.
