I snack on soup a lot when im dieting. The BY cookbook roasted garlic zucchini has been a long time favorite but ive been making it on repeat and I need to change it up. I don't want recipes with starch in them.. TIA

Make a huge vegetable soup with every kind of vegetable and add mushroom soup mix and spices. Cabbage soup with tomato sauce, lemon juice, Splenda and spices (and meat and/or meat bones).
Split pea (too starchy for you?)
Cauliflower or broccoli soup (hand blended)
