It was a hectic Sunday where nothing went according to the plan. Now, the house is flying from North shabbos and Sunday messes, and I really need the house clean so I can hit the ground running during my work week. I'm afraid we won't catch up until at least next Sunday.
Unfortunately we can only afford cleaning help once a month...

Don’t try to tackle it all at once. Break it down and work in small steps, slowly working your way through your house.

Specifically, my kitchen is a tornado. If I stay up and clean it now, I will be falling asleep at work and snapping at my family. If I don't clean it now, I won't be able to prepare supper tomorrow. Vicious cycle

Put your timer on for ten minutes. You’ll be amazed at what you can get done in ten minutes.

Go to sleep now and clean tomorrow.
Make sandwiches for dinner tomorrow.
