I came to Miami with my kids for a few days and my toddler now has fever and is really cranky. I’d like to take her to a pediatrician or urgent care here today. Anyone have a good suggestion for me? Thanks!

Just fyi, when you say Miami, it can refer to a large area. There's miami beach, north miami beach, surfside, south beach etc. Its good to specify where in MIami you will be. Good luck.
