Please post about family-friendly hotel/resort stays in NY/ NJ/ CT /PA (yeah I know that's more than tri-state but close enough to area). (I.e. going w kids so not the honeymoon kind of places : )
We were looking at a couple but it seems they were last week. We are off this week at least maybe Fri-Sun.
Food provided? Attractions for kids? Programs you've gone to and found good?
Please suggest! Thanks!

We are considering that one. Anyone here been & can tell us how it was? (Edited original title hoping people who've been to Villa Roma will reply.)

There is something in Scranton I believe. Chabad is making it.

Oh yes. I saw that but I thought it was last week. I see now it's also this week.
Anyone been to one of their events?
We'd really like to hear if people were happy.

We've gone to the Chabad program in Scranton twice and enjoyed it. If you're interested in the nearby skiing or snowtubing for Motzei Shabbos/Sunday, it's even more convenient.

We went and enjoyed greatly!!!!
Yes, china at Shabbos seudos (except shalosh seudos).
Excellent food, many healthy choices (salads, quinoa etc). I was very impressed.
Very well run daycamp, my DD did not expect her kids to go but they did and were very happy.
I hope I will know more in advance if we go again since we were only able to get the type of rooms we wanted with a nice hike upstairs, but it worked out surprisingly well for this creaky bubbie, chasdei Hashem.
A plus was meeting all kinds of lovely people. Hi if any of you are on here!
As far as I could see it was not a fancy crowd. Just very nice.
And yes, we (when I say we I mean my kids and grandkids) did a little snowtubing and skiing. A great time was had by all!
