Was hoping to get good rates if I book early but everything still seems so expensive..
I rarely fly anywhere... anyone have good advice?

We went in August after tisha ba'av and paid $1575 per ticket. We shopped around alot, this was the best price we were able to get. If you book now for August you might be able to get for in the $1,000 range.

Depends where you're flying from. August is usually expensive.

went two years ago august prices were around $1400
last year there were only 1100
waiting to see the prices for this year

I heard that United airlines has a direct flight in August for $1060 if you book now... I don’t know why I thought it would be even cheaper if we book early... it’s still a lot if we take our kids.
We are traveling from ny ...
