I was in the exact same boat! Nursing. Couldnt stop eating junk food... this week I went on a smoothie cleanse. I drink 9-12 cups of water a day, 2 huge green smoothies (with kale or spinach, fruit and water) and I eat 1 plant based meal a day (no meat, no dairy, no gluten). Doing this as a detox for 2 weeks so I get rid of the sugar addiction. I do love fruit, but it's way better than cakes/cookies/chocolate.
Highly reccomend

I’m in such a similar boat. I am the OP of the thread yesterday about going off the mini pill to lose weight. My weight has not budged at 4.5 months. It’s so frustrating.

Since starting my diet, I lost close to 20 lbs. that’s not water |
I lost over 20lbs in my 1st month post partum, all water weight.
That's why I suggested low salt, it helped me so it might benefit someone.
Some people have a lot of water weight, some don't, each person is different.
