Don’t go with anyone too cheap or they might be scamming you
Flat rate, and oz are supposed to me good. Get a real quote that they won’t go above that’s based on space not weight

We did two cross country moves. Both times we used Upack. They deliver you a trailer which you load and you pay for the amount of space used (as apposed to paying by weight). We used a reputable local mover to wrap our furniture (bought our own blankets, or used disposable supplies) and load the truck. We then hired local day laborers to unload the furniture. We were very happy both times and it was significantly cheaper than using a traditional mover.
