Anyone have a good recipe for muffins, granola bars, etc that are portable and fairly healthy?
I'd love a healthier homemade version of the store-bought granola bars for my busy kids to grab on their way out of the house. They need filling nutrition!

3/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup sugar
8 oz vanilla or any yogurt
2 beaten egg whites
2 TBS oil
2 TBS milk
2 tsp vanilla extract
Mix by hand till smooth
Add
1 cup ww flour, almost 1/2 cup reg flour
1 tsp Baking soda
1tsp cinnamon
Pinch salt
Add 3 cups oatmeal
1 cup craisins
Bake 28-32 min at 350 9x13
Keep tightly covered or they dry out

NO BAKE ENERGY BITES
These delicious little no bake energy bites are the perfect healthy snack!
PREP TIME: 10 MINS COOK TIME: 0 MINS TOTAL TIME: 10 MINS
INGREDIENTS:
1 cup (dry) oatmeal (I used old-fashioned oats)
2/3 cup toasted coconut flakes
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup ground flax seed
1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips
1/3 cup honey or agave nectar
1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional - I skip this)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Mix all ingredients together, Roll into balls and enjoy!

Homemade Lara bars:
1 cup any dried fruit (dates/ raisins/craisins, etc.)
1-2 cups any nuts or seeds (almonds, sunflower, pecans, etc.)
Optional add ins: vanilla, choc chips, coconut, flax, cinnamon
Puree in food processor, shape into balls or bars.
Easy and always a hit!
