Has anyone ordered clear aligners through Smiledirectclub.com? Would you recommend? Can't afford going through an orthodontist and my insurance won't cover.

I'm doing smile direct now. On a 5 month plan. It's going pretty well; I definitely feel changes going on in there:)

Before I started I did my research online and saw a lot of blogs from people who had done it and said it was worth it. But no, I don't know anyone in IRL who has gotten them

1091, how is Mod different? Know price range?
My dentist told me it would take me 2 yrs with invisalign.

I don't have personal experience but the use of these kinds of mail order orthodontics is somewhat controversial because there are people who hav experienced permanent harm to their teeth because the process isn't monitored carefully.
You need to decide for yourself obviously since one could argue that the ADA and orthodontists have a vested interest in scaring people away.
If you have a dentist you trust, ask that dentist his opinion regarding the pros and cons.

The benefit of MODmouth is that you have a trained dentist doing the work. He can also do full Invisalign if that’s what you want.
The amount of time relates to how much work needs to be done.
