I feel I spend too much time checking my whatsupp emails etc. I realised that I'm missing connection in my life when im not at work. I often feel lonely so I use my phone in hope.....
I feel pretty sad about it.
Any advice?

Use your phone as a phone. Call your parents, siblings, aunts and uncles, cousins, grandparents, hs classmate, college roommate, bff, ex-bff, bff wannabe, so-so ff ...
As the old AT&T commercial went: “Reach our, reach out and just say Hi...”
But no, not at work. On your own time.
