Scallions I wrap in paper towels to catch moisture.
Kirbies I stand up against the wall of the drawer, over paper towels. I used to lay them flat between paper towels but moisture stays away better when they're standing up.
Leaves I either buy prechecked and packaged for a longer shelf life, or else I don't check until ready to use because once you soak it, it doesn't last.

I only buy spinach when I have a recipe I'll be using it for, and the rest I put in my freezer (before it goes bad) for omelettes or soups or fillings or smoothies.
Make sure your fruits and veggies are in separate draws, pair likes together.
