We have found a flat to stay in when we go to Israel. It's in geula but we have to pay parking per day as we're hiring a car.
Does anyone have any idea of the cost please? We want to know before we book it.

Parking is somewhat of a pain in the neck. You need to get a parking app called pango and even then, during the day you can only park in certain marked-off parking spaces. If you park in the wrong area, or if you didn’t refill your time, you WILL get a ticket.

And in Geula you can spend the day just looking for a parking spot.

Not to mention finding a kosher place to park for the night.

OP anywhere in Jerusalem you will end up paying for street parking. Many or even most places have over night parking that you dont pay for, but day time will get very expensive.
It makes more sense to rent a car for the day when you need it and then not have to park the car. Annoying but wont eat up your wallet with parking and/or forgetting to put pango on your phone and then getting multiple tickets.

Menachem meishiv should be fine for parking, it's a quiet side street with free parking.

Yes we got a ticket one time parking in geula, it was annoying. The guy for the menachem meishev flat said there is where to park. Dh wants to drive everywhere we go so no clue where we'll be parking but I guess we'll be paying for that too. We won't be in the same spot for too long though with 4 kids in tow...
