I'm thinking of going to VA Beach for Pesach. But I don't want to have to take care of so much. I would bring food and cook, obviously. But is there some kind of program that would kasher the kitchen for me before I came? (Kinda like in Orlando?)

There's no official program there that will kasher. You can contact the Chabad of Virginia Beach, who may be willing to kasher the kitchen before you arrive for a fee (though you'll have to pay to rent the unit for an extra day so he can get in to do it).
