probably the same. here they call it wafer steak. was thinking of trying the crispy beef recipe from between carpools but I think it may be too thin.

It's a very lean meat and cooks very quickly so marinate to soften it and grill very quickly. Serve immediately in a sandwich with rings of sauteed onion and condiments.
