Just wondering because I noticed wig vendors were advertising sales they will be having at the Kinus and as someone who is not at all affiliated with Chabad but lives nearby I would like to check them out if it's that kind event... I would appreciate any info. Ty

It depends which sales you're talking about. Lots of the wig stores have their annual sale this weekend since all the Shluchos will be here and those are open to any customer, just scheduled now to accommodate as many people as possible. Sales that are taking place at the actual Kinus such as the resource fair are only for Shluchos
