If you work in a public school and your kids are in yeshiva, most likely your vacation schedules are different. If you usually attempt a family vacation during the school year, when do you go? Who misses days-you or the kids?

Everyone who is employed anywhere other than a yeshiva or is a stay-at-home parent has the same issue.
Depends on your employer's vacation policy, how easily your kids keep up when they miss school, etc.
Or you can wait until summer.
