This winter I keep seeing stink bugs in my house. Has anyone had them and been able to get rid of them. They are so gross.

I've gotten one or two....I knock them into a cup (very easy once you see where they've landed) and flush them.

You must be in Lakewood..
It’s a big problem here..
We had an exterminator 3x and we still have some stink bugs..
I heard that only one company knows how to treat them effectively... hence not the company we used 😕

I’m not in Lakewood but I am in NJ. Our exterminator is usually good but he said there’s not much to do for them. So I was hoping someone here would have ideas. I think they are coming through my chimney which is mostly closed off. I guess we could seal it more.

I have them too and live in Lakewood. Which company treats them effectively?

My friend in Monsey told me she had tons of them....so I don't think it's just a Lakewood problem.

But yeah...I had them in my old house, and they followed me when I moved....not tons, but I get them here and there.

We have em in VA, too!
They're very slow and incredibly stupid. Just trap and flush.
But whatever you do, don't smash one, because their friends and family show up for the levaya.

We vacuum them up. But it scares my kids when they fly around because they’re big. I hate them.

Once they get big, they fly!

we have them in monsey and my house is new! we opened our window completely and we saw there were several sitting hidden on the outside ledge we guess they were coming in from cracks by the window and in wall AC , the bug clinic in spring valley gave us a great gel to use
good luck!

Do you have the name of the gel? I would order from amazon.

Do they come out more at night for everyone else?

I have them . One just flew onto my kitchen cabinet and I did what Chayalle does : trap in a cup and flush down the toilet.
I agree, they are gross. Especially when they fly.
