My baby got his clubfoot casts off and his skin is terribly irritated and dry... Any ideas of natural creams? The doctor warned nothing that's oily so boots and bar won't slip...

Anything thick will make the boots slip. You Might have to do just a thin layer of baby oil (or other thin oil of your choosing) that you rub in all the way.
