I'm anonymous because my entire country knows I'm looking for it.
The latest fashion (at least where I come from) is a shoe with heels where the shoe is completely black but the heel is colored or designed.
Anyone know what I'm talking about? And know if it has a specific name?

You mean regular black pumps or heals that the heal has a design? I've seen that.

I found these by searching “black pump brown block heel”
I think it’s a relatively popular style for shoes. I don’t think there’s a particular name for this kind of style, but you can search on various shoe websites and you’ll probably be able to find some just by looking through the pictures. The kind of chunky heel that I pictured above is called a “block heel.” Here are some websites for shoes that are popular:

I've always worn a lot of D'orsay shoes. Sometimes they are designed with different colors in the front and back.
Google the name and see if that's what you're looking for.
