What do people here in Lakewood do? Give shalach manos to babysitter? Money?
If you give shalach manos, do you give the regular plain one or a nicer one? I'm giving themed cookies with milk this year, is that enough?

I think it depends on how much you appreciate her!
Most ppl I know now make a regular mm and add a check(amount depending on your finances) rather than a very fancy mm!

How much extra appreciateion do you want to show?
What is something she would appreciate to get?
This year I have a very involved babysitter. She’s the type to take pride in my baby and talks about them as if they are hers. So I’m thinking if attaching a picture if my baby to what giving. I’ve never don’t it before but think she would like it.
