Yes! Make an appointment with a speech therapist who SPECIALIZES in pediatric feeding. An SLP who knows myofunctional therapy would be ideal!

If this is a new thing, take him to the pediatrician for a full exam and speak to the doctor about what's happening. Maybe he has a painful strep throat or mouth sore and chewing is causing him more pain.
If this is not new, get him evaluated right away for speech/feeding therapy. And in the meantime, cut his food really small or mash it up.
